Our History

In September of 1994, Larry Breland and son Jeff Breland of Investment Realty Partners, Inc. opened a CENTURY 21® System franchise in Slidell, Louisiana and named it CENTURY 21 Investment Realty. In 1996 they purchased a tract of land in a very progressive section in Slidell, and built a state-of-the-art Class AAA office building which presently houses the Corporate Headquarters and Slidell Branch.

In May of 1998, the Company purchased CENTURY 21 Pat Tucker Realty and Coldwell Banker Gold Team Realty in Hammond, LA, which together formed the #1 Real Estate Company in that market. In October of 1998, the Company purchased CENTURY 21 Sasser & Associates in Baton Rouge, LA.

In 2001 the Company opened a Satellite Branch Office in Slidell, LA and in 2002 purchased RE/MAX All Stars in Ponchatoula, LA. CENTURY 21 Investment Realty has grown to over 100 Sales Associates in multiple Award Winning Branches, serving over 14 Parishes throughout Southeast Louisiana, with combined sales & leasing of approximately 100 million dollars. CENTURY 21 Investment Realty will continue to aggressively grow into new markets across Louisiana and surrounding states. Placing Offices in strategic locations enables CENTURY 21 Investment Realty to serve numerous surrounding communities.
